Problems with apps and winterboard

Hey everyone,

First timer here and thanks for a great forum. I am using a iphone 3gs that has been jailbroken with the jailbreakme, i just installed winterboard again and for some reason it has wiped out alot of my apps. I have tried re-synching but nothing worked there, all the apps are still showing in itunes though. I could just delete winterboard but i was wondering if anyone here has another fix maybe?
