Problems with Audiobooks, Ingram Media Manager

Anyone download audiobooks through their library? My local lib does this through the iConn portal and force you to use Ingram Media Manager to listen or make a (legal) transfer to ipod/iphone. I was able to transfer an audiobook and itunes recognizes it as such (in the books folder) but it will not play on either itunes or my new iphone 3g. No error messages Either. The iphone does look as if it is trying to play it (player screen opens for a second) but then.. nothing. I have to go through the lib to get help and they just pass the request along to IMM... It's been 3 days and I suspect help will be a long time coming. Any ideas?

i have the same problem. when I hit play, it just cycles through all of the tracks, playing none of them.
