I recently updated to Lion. I'm not sure if the following problem has anything to do with changes that this new OS initiated or not.

I am trying to complete an Automator workflows which sends out an email to myself. However, though the email is generated, the workflow refuses to send the email because it claims that the email address needs to be "verified" first.

Would there be a way to get around this? Is this a new issue?
I watched a video on how to do this and am wondering if those instructions are now dated, after the Lion upgrade.

Thank you for any assistance with this issue.

What does your workflow look like? Or where are the instructions you are following?
The workflow below works for me when I enter my own email address without needing to verify my email.
