problems with burning dvd from quicktime

I have a perfectly fine quicktime (32 GB) and when I burn it in Toast Titanium, it turns out horrible with pixels and blur. What am I doing wrong here?
The quicktime is from material shot in 1920x1080, XDCam 1080i.
Hope someone can help!?
