The great new feature which iMovie 09 now boasts is the Cutaway video insert facility. Great. BUT theres a major bug in it which makes it a tad useless. Eh?. What? You ve never used it yet?. Well go NOW and try. See what I mean?. Yes it inserts a clip over the original footage fine. But you go and try knockin out the original sound of the inserted cutaway clip and ... d'oh! It dont work do it?. Thats right. You can double click on it .. reduce the sound level to zero. Click done ... and.. oh dear. Its still there. See?. Are Apple addressing this?. Not good is it?. Is there a known workaround?. Eh?. Come on!. Who do I write to about this . ... in a very stern manner?. I think we should be told. If you can help .... anyone! Please. Then do so almost instantaneously if not sooner..
