Problems with downloading OS4

Hello there I have a problem and cant download the newest iphone software. Got iphone 3gs and itunes 9.2.1.5 running on windows but cant download os4. Tryed also the new released 4.1 but still isnt working I am downloading it to 99% then i get connection lost . Also when i pause the download it gets reseted back to zero kb. Plz help . Tryed it like 20 times in the past 1 week but its still the same
