Problems with FB Contact Sync

I noticed that my FB contacts sync results in the following problems:
  1. FB profile link doesn't match with name of person.
  2. Profile picture that gets downloaded doesn't match with person OR the profile's link.

Does anybody know of any ways to solve this?
