Problems with G5 video cards

I have read about a common problem with the ATI Radeon 9600 card that comes in the dual 2 system being bad and requiring replacement. I was wondering if people have had or know of simmular poblems with the NVIDIA GeForce FX 5200 Ultra or with the ATI Radeon 9800?

Also, does replacing the 9600 card actually "fix" the problem, or does the no video problem eventually come back?
