I just set up my new 15" 2011 MacBook Pro, and every time I try to use gmail to call a phone number, I have a kernel panic. Is anyone else having this issue?

Basically, I can make a call and the call will connect, but just a few seconds into the call a kernel panic occurs. It may have something to do with Dashboard also, since if I try to call and then bring up dashboard, it kernel panics immediately.

Even without dashboard, however, it kernel panics after just a few seconds into the call.

I've already repaired permissions, and the install is migrated via migration assistant from my 2010 model.

Any ideas?

I have the 13" 2011 MBP... first day I had it I had 2 kernel panics... I

can't remember what I was doing, but it wasn't calling with GMAIL.

Check software updates... there's one for Safari... (again) and for Javascript. Maybe this will help.

Why would you write 2k11 instead of 2011?

That's just how I tend to write it. Preference.

8CoreWhore - I ran the updates, and still had the issue. After restarting the computer 2-3 times, it's gone now.
