Problems with Gmail

Ever since I upgraded to 7.0 I haven't been able to sync my gmail account with my ip5. I enter the correct password and it keeps telling me that I'm entering the "INCORRECT" password. Even if I try it with exchange. Anyone else have this problem and found a solution?
