problems with google chrome and front page videos

I keep getting the error "could not load shockwave flash" when there are video in the front page, even though it works on other sites(including the youtube site). Refreshing doesn't seem to work. Any ideas?

I've not seen this error on any of my machines. What OS are you using when you see this error?

10.7, but I'm using safari now and it's good
