I recently upgraded to jailbroken 1.1.3 and everything worked sweet except when I tried to reinstall the "offline file-browsing" app for Safari through Installer. It stops in the middle and says "unable to launch main executive script", or something to that effect. I can still browse offline files when I use http://1.27.0.01 instead of http://localhost, but I would like to know why this error is happening. In the main window of Installer it said that there is a problem with Safari, is this what it is referring to? Everything else seems to install fine with Installer.
