iPod touch Problems with iOS 4.0

With the download of iOS 4.0 to my iPod touch I have noticed a number of problems with the new iOS.

1.Wifi Signal Bars Fluctuating
2.New Album page Has distorted art.(The Album Page when the iPod is held Vertical)
3.When Videos are played they always appear with Menu Bar first.
4.When Videos are Set to "Play from beginning" Videos always play from where you left off.
5.Podcast are in the Video Section.

These are problems I never had with iPhone OS 3.2.
If you notice any fixes or other issues please comment.

Ive heard alot of the wifi bars fluctuation, but not the others, so far i havent seen a solution to the wifi, but ill keep looking, and you might want to take it to apple if thats a solution.

Killed my battery life and wi-fi reliability. I've since re-installed 3.1.2. Everything works again
