I have an iPad retina mini with the developer preview of ios 8, beta 4. I have that there are a few discrepancies between what the Internet says I should have and what I have. For example, I don't have the Health app. Another possible issue is that I have to almost shout to get Siri to turn on. I've also found that handoff doesn't work between my iPad and my retina MacBook pro 15" with the Yosemite dev preview.

Can anyone tell me if this is normal, and if not, how to fix it?

Edit:
I also have a problem where when I try to download a paid app or iap, it ask me for my password, then to answer my security questions, but then never takes me to the questions, leaving me unable to purchase such items. Does anyone know a fix or cause of this?

I suspect health app might only be for phones, as it's meant for a device you keep on you at all times I think.
