Problems with iPhone Explorer (PC)

I've been having this problem for a while...when I try to delete a folder in iphone explorer, I hit delete, the program refreshes but the folder is still there. There's nothing about it in their FAQ and I really have no clue how to fix this.

iPhone Explorer will not delete whole folders. You have to delete any files that are in the folder first. iPhone Browser will let you delete whole folders
