Hi there,
My gran has a computer that she has just re installed windows vista on. Once it was installed we installed all neccessary applications. We then went to install iTunes + QuickTime and we struck a problem. During installation, we lost internet access. The installer froze at something along the lines of "Contacting Apple Servers". We had to force quit this installer thus meaning that iTunes + QuickTime were only half installed. We tried to uninstall iTunes and Quicktime but could only uninstall iTunes. What can you suggest to this?
We then tried everything including resetting the wifi router. After that, we could no longer access Apple.com. We can access everything else except this. Any ideas?
Thanks
