Problems with iWeb '08

I just upgraded to iWeb '08 from '06 and am having a couple of problems with the podcast function.... I use the blank template and made my own design.

1. I get the beachball on a regular basis, every minute or so, it comes on for a few seconds, effectively pausing the app every min.

2. '08 seems to handle objects differently. When using the blank template and I add some objects, the default objects (podcast name etc) move automatically - I cannot position the podcast detail object where i want it - it refuses to move above a certain point.

Anyone had similar problems or have a solution for me?

I would like to revisit my questions - if anyone can help..... most bothered about the beachballing - seems to be every 40seconds or so - and pauses for 5 seconds. I notice other programs freeze at the same time (eg eyetv) but it is definatley iWeb that is the culrpit, at least it only happens when using iWeb.
