Problems with Macbook Late 2008 and TV Output

Hi, i buy a used macbook late 2008 everything seems to work just fine but then i connected to the TV (Mini displayPort to HDMI Cable) and it works perfect for a couple of minutes but in a while i get a noise screen on the tv and i have to unplug the cable from my macbook plug it again and it work perfect for a couple of minutes more.. What do you think could be wrong? i tried 3 differents cable and two TV's and my sister macbook works perfect with these cables. try on Snow Leopard and Mountain Lion
