Problems with my work outlook/can't create exchange account

Hello,

I have one big problem, i setup a few accounts on my iphone but neither one is mine! The problem is that we all work in the same company but the difference is that they've got blackberrys given from work. The question is: what 's the settings that i should need? It's definitly a problem with my outlook account on the company server... But what?!? We work with outlook 2003...
If anyone had the same problem, please let me know if u have any answers!
