Problems with Newsgator's online web app.

I use Newsgator's online UI while at work so that it's all synced up to my NNW at home and on my iPod touch. Sometimes I have major problems with getting the web UI to refresh, and it will hang in a terrible way, forcing another manual refresh. Needless to say, this is annoying.

My first question is if anyone else has the same problems. If so, did you stick with it, or have you since found an alternative?
