problems with Notification Center with iPhone 5?

Picked up my iPhone 5 tonight, restored via iCloud backup. I noticed I am not receiving any of my apps notifications (Twitter,FB,etc...) never had this problem with my 4 before. I tried hard reset and the issue still occurs, does anyone know a fix? (wasn't sure if i should post this here or iOS 6 forum, please move if needed)
