Morning all,
I bought a pay as you go iPhone from the Apple store in London last evening.
From the 5 people in the queue before me, nobody was successful in topping up their iPhone.
I've tried again since getting home both online and via 4444, both with a credit and a debit card.
Neither has worked. I've also rung O2 who have raised an incident report that will take 1-2 days to come back!
Anyone have a solution? It's clearly a problem at O2, the apple store said they saw similiar problems on Monday as well.
