Hey Lads and Ladies!

As some of you may know, my CD MacBook is being replaced for a C2D MacBook, yay. As long as it isn't covered in stains, and doesn't have a wobbly screen like this, I'm all happy despite whats under the hood, whether it be CD or C2D.

Anyhoozle, I called them and arranged a replacement last week. I got the confirmation e-mail stating it was ordered on the 9th, dispatched on the 15th, and delivery time was 23-24th (the very latest, Apple are always almost 3-4 days early from my experience.)

Anyway, I got another e-mail today, saying it had left the factory, and was on its way. It shipped on the 13th, and will be with me by the 22nd at the latest. Great.

Problem is, since ordering the replacement, the order status page says it can't find any order matching my information. So, off I go and try entering my Order Ref (the 10 digit '80XXXXXXXX') number into Ape Tracking, and TNT (using the reference option, not consigment).

Anyway, no one can find anything about my order. Ape brings back, well, nothing, TNT just says ''Pick Up Date: 13th. Deliver to: XXXXXXXXXXX". Order Status is still saying my order doesn't exist.

Apple are closed now until the morning, but is there any idea whats going on?
