Problems with "other" disk space

I've seen some posts about clearing "other" disk space from an iPhone. Instead of doing a full restore I had an app, about a year ago, that would search my phone for the file taking up the most space. Does anyone know what this app is called? I can't find it in Cydia anywhere. You're help would be very much appreciated.
