Problems with Parallels/Fusion and Bootcamp

Hi there,

Just moved to an intel mac from my old powerbook.
I have installed XP pro on a NTFS partition via bootcamp. Everything works well. So I gave a try to parallels and Fusion (trial).
Unfortunately when I try to run the bootcamp partition I get the blue screen of death on fusion and a complain about HD configuration from parallels>

Any clue what is going on?
