So I placed an order for an additional strap on the 20th April with a delivery of between 13th - 27th May. Last Friday (15th May) Apple tried to take payment which was declined. Seems I didn't have enough credit on my credit card LOL

Anyway the email said they would keep trying for 7 days and cancel the order if they couldn't take payment. So on the Saturday I called up and changed payment to an alternative card.

However since no payment has been requested, no there is no progress on the order. So now it seems my order is in limbo. No payments attempted with no sign of shipment.

Called up the UK call centre yesterday and got a callback from a guy in the USA (Texas) who told me he would expedite my delivery and send my info through to the card processing team to ensure my order is processed. He did say this is a problem he is seeing more of and it seems your order 'appears' to go back to the back of the queue.

Anyone else had this problem? How was it resolved?
