So I worked on a website for a few days, and I was ready to publish it, and it logged into to .me account, went through the loading bar, and then it closed and said I had the options to visit it, "Announce it", or just cancel. I clicked visit, and nothing was there. I figured that it would take a few minutes, so I did, reloaded, and it still wasn't there. I checked the night after, no surprise, still not webpage. Tried again today and it's still not there. Is this a common problem? My father has parental controls on the computer to block certain websites, but I noticed this blocks many other things which shouldn't be blocked. An example of this is not going to a site where it can't get a secure connection, or if I type in "black and white wallpaper", or just "black" into google images, it's blocked. Are the restrictions from the parental controls so overdone where it somehow blocks certain ports and does not allow me to upload my webpage? Thanks to anyone who can help.

EDIT: I have also have previous problems uploading pictures to things like Facebook or Photobucket, but if I try again a few hours later or another day later, it will allow me to. All of these problems began when he put controls as well, and I never used to have a problem uploading images. The blocks seem very erratic, and I can't find out why. If anyone else can explain this it would be very nice.
