problems with Safari after update?

After updating to iOS6, Safari sometimes gets 'stuck' on my iPad 3gen, both when I use wifi and 3g, and including when I have a strong connection/ good coverage. Basically, the page never loads. It's very annoying.

Anyone with similar issues and/or a solution?
