Problems with SAM. Both SIM IMSI and SAM IMSI Numbers are thesame.

Hello, I have no idea what i should do. I come from Germany and I have an iPhone 4 (FW: 5.0.1, Baseband: 04.11.08) with Tmobile simlock. I want to unlock my iphone so I can use it with a Eplus sim. I am following this tutorial to do the unlock. But the first time I tried to unlock it, I missunderstood this tutorial and I had my Eplus SIM all the time in my phone. Now when I go to SAM->More Information both SIM details IMSI + ICCID and SAM details IMSI + ICCID are thesame (after I tried to unlock it like 20 times). That IMSI number has 15 digits and that ICCID number has 18 digits. Now the ICCID starts with "894" which are the first 3 digits of German Tmobile IMSI listed on this website. It kind of seems like these both numbers changed their places. What should I do now? Please help me. Thanks for your time and answers, hope that somebody will be able to help. :)-Simon
