Problems with syncing music from itunes library to my iphone

i bought a iphone in june. everything was going ok till today .

im trying to sync songs from my itunes library to my iphone but nothing is happening i have 91 songs in my itunes library but its only got 81 on my ipod on my iphone and wont sync the ones ive just put into my libary anyone know what im doing wrong please help.
