Hey,
I live in the UK. If I have a problem with an Apple W/I Centre, who do I contact?
My basic problem is that I have a problem with my MBP, where my superdrive has stopped working. I took it to the store in Sheffield, and they authorised to replace the SD under warranty. They had to order the new part in, and would contact me when it arrived. They did so, however when i took my MBP in, the store had shut for a refurb!
Next stop was Manchester store. I went in & explained situation to them, told me I'd need another appointment with a genius. I simply cant afford to keep wasting days traveling to these stores, taking time out from work, for genius appointments, when my mac has already been diagnosed by a genius.
Now I want to contact someone at Apple as I'm unhappy with way I was treated on my 2nd visit to the Apple Centre, and the struggle I'm having on the whole to resolve my problem. So far I've contacted the mail address:
contactus.uk@euro.apple.com
I've messaged them twice over course of 2-weeks, and had no response.
Thanks,
Perch
