Problems with the dock

Earlier today I was messing around trying to change the appearance of the 3D dock. Amongst other things, I used an application called Dockulicious. After awhile, it started acting weird. First off it crashed whenever I did anything on the right side of the dock. That was easily fixed with a restore.zip file that was bundled with the dmg. But now it won't show any right click menus. Is there anything I can do to fix this? I've checked the permissions, and everything should belong to the system. Also, it finally seemed to manage to bruteforce through a terminal command for changing the menu to white. Which I was attempting like a week ago. Unless there's something lacking in that department aswell.
