Problems with the reading list.

I have a problem with the reading list inasfar as when I am using it, the scrolling is a bit of a pain. It tends to carry on scrolling down the side-bar (or up) to the next saved web-site. It's a nuisance when I suddenly find myself on another web-page. Is this a bug, or is it pilot error on my part? It seems rather unstable. TIA.
