I having problems with Time Machine I tried everything to get it working by writing zeros to the external disk and reformatting it...but it seems to hang on the hourly backups after doing a full backup. This is what appearing in the logs

Code:
Starting standard backup
Error: (5) getxattr for key:com.apple.backupd.HostUUID path:/Volumes/Damo's TM/Backups.backupdb/Damo
Error: (5) getxattr for key:com.apple.backupd.BackupMachineAddress path:/Volumes/Damo's TM/Backups.backupdb/Damo
Backing up to: /Volumes/Damo's TM/Backups.backupdb

Code:
Starting standard backup
error reading subpaths of directory /Volumes/TMs Backup/Backups.backupdb: Error Domain=NSCocoaErrorDomain Code=256 UserInfo=0x30cbe0 "The file “Backups.backupdb” couldn’t be opened." Underlying Error=(Error Domain=NSOSStatusErrorDomain Code=-36 "The operation couldn’t be completed. (OSStatus error -36.)" (I/O error (bummers)))
Failed to get UUID for destination: /Volumes/TMs Backup
[SnapshotUtilities volumeRefForPath:] FSPathMakeRef failed and returned OSStatus: -43 for path /Volumes/TMs Backup
Backup canceled.

Code:
Starting standard backup
Error determining directory contents for /Volumes/TM"s Backup: Error Domain=NSCocoaErrorDomain Code=256 UserInfo=0x110010 "The file “TM"s Backup” couldn’t be opened." Underlying Error=(Error Domain=NSOSStatusErrorDomain Code=-36 "The operation couldn’t be completed. (OSStatus error -36.)" (I/O error (bummers)))

anyone can help me out with this? I am also using CCC as my alternative backup.

EDIT : Clicking the Time Machine icon on Dock seems freeze up Finder. Finder not responding...

EDIT 2: Tried reselecting the drive allowing Time Machine to do another backup in Time Machine Preference. But that seems make thing worse and I had to Forced Quit Finder and System Preference. Neither them are not responding. Finder will not open.
