Problems with Videos in Photo Booth

hi. when in photo booth I try to make a video that lasts, let's say.... 1 minute and 15 seconds, when I finish recording, the final video is like about 30 seconds and the rest of the video is just not there..
What's happened and what can I do?

What's happened and what can I do?

Don't know what is going on but I would recommend using QuickTime or iMovie instead. I have used them with great success in the past.
