Hello. I had Windows XP Professional SP2 installed on a virtual machine under VMware Fusion 3.0.2 on my old SR MacBook Pro (bought 3 years ago). Before I got rid of the computer, I used Time Machine to backup. Once I got the new MBP i7, I used Migration Assistant (didn't do it the first time the machine was booted) to copy everything including setups to the new machine. Once it was done, I launched Fusion. However, an error message appeared saying that there is a possibility that the virtual machine is running. Could you please let me know what to do? Is this problem caused by the fact that the new machine has more advanced hardware and XP/Fusion got confused? Thanks.
