At some point after upgrade from 7+ to X I started to experience issues with voice mail. Initially I could see the VM text but could not play the message in the app. After going back and forth between Apple and Verizon I was finally advised to reset network settings. Once I did this I thought the issue was resolved as Icwas able to play a message. However this worked only one time and now I can't play the message or see the visual of the message in the app
Verizon tried to reset my voice mail and had me turn off phone for one minute and they would call me back. When I spoke to Verizon again the CS Rep that there was some kind of error when restarting my VM and that I should bring the phone to a corporate Verizon store
Long story short the corporate store how no clue why they would tell me to do that as they can not do anything different than CS on phone. Rep at store said it's a Apple issue if I can dial in and get VM
Any suggestions are appreciated. Trying to avoid wiping out phone and resetting but will if I have to. If that don't work will demand new phone. Is there a process where carrier and Apple work together to resolve an issue or that would make too. I have sense
