Hello..

I got a copy of W7 I already used (once) for my iMac.
I've been trying to instal a version on my MBP but the CD does not get recognised (i.e. does not appear either on desktop or in finder, nor anything happens with it).

I checked and the MBP CD drive works, i.e. it opens other CD/DVDs..

I tried both the 64 and 32 bit versions. The 64bit version works on the iMac.

I also tried to copy the W7 CD onto a new CD and even though the new CD gets recognised (i.e. appears on the desktop) the installer does not launch.

Does anyone have any ideas. Is there any way to force the W7 disk to launch or to copy it so it works? Or any other way to load the bastard.

Thanks.
