Since the update to version 6 I have a lot of problems. Not only with iOS, iPadOS or tvOS, no also with watchOS. 
- No haptic feedback anymore. Restart helps for a while
- Complications don’t refresh anymore in the background. Like the temperature. Sometimes I only have „- - *“ on my screen
- Touchscreen issues. Always when I want to turn off my watch I cannot swipe at the beginning. (I also have a lot of touch issues on my iPhone XS Max since day 1, second phone)
- Sometimes I don’t get any notifications (same on iOS)
- Terrible battery life (same on iOS)
Does someone have these problems too? I have restored both a lot of times (iPhone with iTunes without backup, Watch without backup) but nothing helped.
I have the series 3 and wanted to buy the series 5, but with all those problems I don’t want it anymore.
