Problems with windows formatted external hard drive, 2 partitions

A friend of mine's computer windows PC crashed, and since he didn't have a backup, he gave me his hard drive to see if I could recover the data. He told me that the hard drive had two partitions.

I put the hard drive in an external HD case, plugged it in and booted my iMac. The iMac recognized the drive, but I can only see one partition. Is there a way to make the iMac recognize the other partition so I can recover the data?
