Just thought a poll with colour comparison, and problems. Maybe we will see a trend?

Minor Problems is like discolouration, scratches out of box etc.

Major problems stop the iPhone working, or case cracking etc, and causing a swap.

I had a problem with my 16GB black... it worked until more than about 20MB of data was synced to it, then either went into a reboot loop or got strange sync error messages... sounds like a flash memory problem. Swapped the unit and the new one works great.

Hmmm.

So overall, Black iPhone's have more problems, but i havent done a ratio or anything fancy, there is alot more black 3G's then White so far!

White 16GB phone. Was working flawlessly until a few days ago. Have since noticed more stuck pixels, tilt sensor lagging or not working at all and a lot of dust under screen. Otherwise, no major problem, so I voted minor problems.

I put "black no problems" even though mine has a very small paint bubble on the back. It doesn't bother me and I don't consider it to be a fault/problem, though I know some people are a bit crazy here and would consider that paint bubble grounds for return.

Black 16 GB

I have a 16GB black and I have the light issue on the left side and major problems with software crashing!! I have placed an order for the repair thingy with Apple, just wondering if i put the iphone in the original box with all accessories for the courier.

Cheers,
