Problems

My Entourage program froze and I couldn't get the system to do anything. Wouldn't force quit, restart or anyting. I restarted from the button on teh front and now it won't boot up ( G5 dual 1.8 ) It won't get past the opening screen with the apple on it. I put the hardware diagnostic disc in the drive and ran it and got an error code from the logic board " 2 FAN/4/8: DRIVE BAY "
Support isn't open yet. Any ideas?

I'm sorry to hear that, at least you will have solid information for the Apple Tech. Hopefully you will let us know what Apple has to say.
