I have 3 computers that i want to upgrade to tiger (i'm slow i know) My brother's G5 which is on crack and is prob gonna do a clean install. I want apple to install with the get a free human thing or whatever, and they will install it for free...
Now i have my PB and his ibook that i want tiger on, The people at the apple store, told me that they can't install it under this promotion, i would have to get procare and they will install it on the other 2 machines. Is this true?
If i get procare will they back up everything and do a clean install or just do an upgrade.
How long will i have to leave my computer at the apple store.
Anyone do this promotion?
I know i can do the upgrade, but i rather have apple do it, because i'm lazy and don't want to worry about anything going wrong..
Does the upgrade involve any sort of thinking... or can i just press ok a few times....
Also whats with all the different options....
