procedure for iMac buy this year, after the wwdc bomb

Since I see it in loops on every thread this is my procedure:

0) don't buy iMac now!! ( very important to send apple a clear single that their fans isn't stupid)
1) wait month for mountain lion and pray for speed bump.
If 1 happen buy iMac!
2) if 1 doesn't happen either buy something used, or buy mbp.
If none of the above:

Wait for wwdc 2013 this is probably the time for the iMac redesign.

I'm probably going to buy anyway because I need something that will work until the REAL Mac Pro refresh. The iMac is a good choice and has a good resale value, so I think it's the right choice. It should hold me over till Summer 2013 which is when I think the Mac Pro will come out and I won't feel bad, even if the new iMac comes out a week later.
