Procedure? Updating ILife & IWork

Hi Folks,
I currently am running ILife 08 and IWork 08; what can I expect to see during the 09 upgrade? Does the 09 apps just upgrade themselves or will I have to follow some other procedures for installing ILife & Iwork 09?
I am running Snow Leopard as my OS.

Well, I haven't installed iLife '09 over '08, but since no one else responded...
You don't usually have to uninstall the older version. Usually, when you do an upgrade, the installer recognizes the older version and the process goes smoothly. You don't lose anything you have to have. Put your new disk in, and see what your options are. If you're unsure of what to do then, cancel, and come back here to get more advice.
