With iOS 9, apparently as part of the privacy improvements, apps can't get access to per-process information. I find this very irritating. I have a couple of apps that I like to use, such as "System Activity Monitor", that no longer display per-process info. I guess Apple did this because some apps were calling their mother ship and reporting what apps a user is running. I wish they found another way to prevent apps from misbehaving, without cutting off an important source of information for users about how their system is working.
