Process taxing my CPU

Istat is saying that a canon inkjet printer is taxing my cpu and is definitely shortening the battery life. The problem is i have never plugged in a printer into this computer and have no idea why it keeps popping up upon startup. Its getting annoying quitting this process every time i restart.

Any suggestions to solving this problems is appreciated.
