Processor And Graphics Card Swap

Hey, I was wondering, I have a MacBook2,1 with an Intel Core 2 Duo Processor,
and an Intel GMA 950. I really want to upgrade to a MacBook Pro, but I don't have the money. Is there ANY possible way to unsolder the CPU and the GPU and replace it with an Intel i7 and Intel HD 4000?

Any replies are appreciated.

I just want to find out if it is possible, OR if it is a stupid idea.

Yes, but only with a very expensive hotair rig. Then you'd run into the problem of the old board not having the right pins to match. The only possible upgrade would be to upgrade the CPU to a 2.33Ghz Core2Duo of the same generation. Not much of an upgrade.
