Processor %% over 50% not doing nothing.

High, I just came from work and woke up my laptop and it was a bit hot (70C) and processor running (system) at 50% not doing nothing, also when i open system monitor it shows me the proces but i cannot identify which one is doing the party since it doesnt show it (see screen shot)

any thoughts? please

actually i changed from "My processes" to "All processes" and i found that kernel_task is having the party:

Is this the first time you open your Macbook today? (recovering from sleep or opening it up by pressing the power button)

As far as I know, it must be the daily/weekly maintenance of Mac OS X (The first thing your system does each days, weeks and months).

But for the hpdot4d, I am clueless.
