Processor prefs pane?!?!?

I just reinstaled Mac OS X 10.4.7 and now there is a new "Processor" pane in system preferences.

Anybody else seeing this?

It even has a cool little "Prosessor Palet" as well as an optional menubar icon.

I've had it in the "Hardware" section of my System Preferences for a long time...not sure why it shows up in "Other" for some machines. I believe it gets added if you install CHUD tools during a customized install (but it's been so long that I don't remember exactly).

Ahhh.
I did install the developer tools.
That must be it.
